Assessment
After sitting down for our first call and identifying your needs, we are going to design some writing and speaking tests to help create an even better picture of your current skills. We also need to understand if you are a visual, auditory or kinesthetic learner, along with the context in which you are planning to use your language skills. In order to do this, we need to understand your role(s) within your company better.
This careful and in-depth procedure is going to help us set realistic goals together and create a roadmap that will be the foundation of all future lesson plans.
Setting Short and Long Term Goals
Long term goals are important, but impractical when it comes to measuring your progress. We will help you set realistic monthly goals to help you stay focused on what is important on your path to fluency – during and outside of lessons.
Your Trainer
Many of our certified language trainers have work experience in other fields in addition to extensive language teaching experience. Our mission is to pair you with a language trainer who understands your business and your challenges, regardless of where this person is located. The online training format gives us the flexibility to do this and to match you with expert language trainers who still live in environments where they use and sharpen their own English skills every single day.
English for Special Purposes
Our specialized trainers (in areas such as law and finance) are committed to curating and delivering a language training experience you will not find anywhere else. The focus here is on subject specific vocabulary, phrases, writing and much more.

Course Materials
While textbooks can provide a foundation, our trainers will go beyond generic content (which is often intended for group teaching formats) and use our thorough assessment, to find or create material that is relevant to your needs.
This, of course, extends beyond the time with your trainer, to practice exercises you can do flexibly outside of training sessions, to help you apply and strengthen your new language skills.
Absolute Flexibility
We understand that it is difficult to arrange for all participants to be physically present at the company on the same day, at the exact same time. This is why we rely on the online format to make sure you and your employees can attend training sessions whenever it suits your busy schedules, 6 days a week.
Need to cancel on the same day? Thanks to the fact that there is no transportation to be planned, no problem! Simply let us know no more than 4 hours before your training session is scheduled to start and cancel free of charge.
Professionals Teaching Professionals
If our students are at a B1 English proficiency level or higher, we offer them a unique chance to interact in a 1-on-1 setting and learn from a native-speaking professional working in the same field, in addition to the work they will be doing with our language trainer.
These sessions will provide a deeper insight into subject related language materials, as well as the invaluable opportunity to apply the new language skills by networking on an international level. The main focus of our training, however, will still be business / general English with the experienced language trainer (minimum of 2/3 of all training sessions).
